Stéphane’s areas of expertise are contract law and corporate law with a specific focus on national and cross-border M&A transactions and structured finance. He possesses in-depth knowledge in the field of asset finance, in particular the financing of movable equipment through leasing.
Stéphane‘s long-standing expertise in these areas stems from his work in an international commercial law firm since 1999, where he was a partner and co-headed the banking & finance group and led the French Desk. As a specialist he advises companies and finance institutions in Switzerland and abroad, often regarding complex cross-border transactions. He is very familiar with the relationships between France and Switzerland and regularly collaborates with legal counsels in French-speaking countries.
