Raphaël Fellay advises on national and international tax law
with a focus on corporate tax law.

Raphaël completed his legal studies at the Universities of
Geneva (BLaw 2013) and St. Gallen (MLaw 2015). He was
admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich in 2017.

Before joining Burckhardt Ltd in 2024, he worked for several
years in the tax team of a Zurich business law firm. He also
held positions at IFF-HSG (chair of Prof. Dr. R. Waldburger)
and at the Federal Supreme Court (Third Public Law Division).

Alongside his legal career, Raphaël is pursuing a career as an orchestra conductor.
