Taxes
An essential part of our work is long-term structuring advice under corporate tax law as well as in matters of succession and inheritance for private individuals. We develop tax-efficient restructuring plans, and in the case of international matters we coordinate these with our colleagues abroad. We advise national and international corporations and their subsidiaries as well as family businesses and their shareholders on national and international issues.
Our core strengths are long-term tax planning, restructuring and conversions, company acquisitions and sales, and the assessment of alternatives in company financing. We can advise you on choosing a legal form, setting up a company structure, transferring shares or dividing up companies. Succession and inheritance planning are of central importance to us for the preservation of family assets – we are happy to support you in this.
