Kim Baier

Kim Baier primarily practises in the areas of labour law, public personnel law, inheritance law (including estate planning) and general contract law. She advises private clients and companies and also represents them in court.

Kim studied law at the University of Basel (MLaw 2022) and was admitted to the bar in Basel-Stadt in 2025. She completed internships at burckhardt AG and the Court of Appeal of Basel-Stadt and also gained experience in the cantonal administration of the Canton of Bern and at the Federal Office for the Environment.
