Emmanuel Diesch is a member of the litigation team at burckhardt Ltd and focuses on civil and commercial litigation. His experience also covers debt enforcement and insolvency law as well as cross-border disputes, such as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. He regularly publishes on issues within his areas of practice.
Before joining burckhardt Ltd in 2026, he worked as a junior associate at a Zurich law firm specialising in international dispute resolution. He completed his legal traineeship at a law firm focusing on litigation and enforcement.
He studied law at the University of Basel (MLaw 2023) and obtained his attorney’s licence from the Canton of Zurich in 2026.
