Nora Gloor’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in civil and criminal matters, in particular in the areas of complex commercial disputes, white-collar crime, administrative criminal law, medical malpractice and international mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal matters. In addition, her area of expertise is on pharmaceutical and healthcare law as well as compliance and data protection.

She acquired her knowledge in medical and pharmaceutical law as an investigator in the criminal law service of Swissmedic and in the legal department of an international pharmaceutical group. She has broad experience in criminal law and criminal procedure (including administrative and administrative criminal proceedings) as well as in compliance and supports companies in meeting the regulatory requirements in the therapeutic products sector and in the area of data protection.

Nora Gloor completed her law studies at the University of Basel (MLaw 2015) and was admitted to the bar two years later. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in criminal law (CAS Forensics I) at the Academy of Public Prosecution of the University of Lucerne.
