Kaspar’s areas of expertise include employment law, general contract law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, immigration law, and litigation and dispute resolution.
He advises small and medium companies, group companies and individuals in Switzerland and abroad in all areas of employment law and contract law and represents them in court proceedings and administrative proceedings. In particular, Kaspar advises and represents employers and employees in termination situations, in the assertion or defense of claims, in the drafting of contractual documents as well as in matters concerning work permits, secondments and other immigration questions. Kaspar also advises individuals regarding migration-related matters such as entry, family reunification and naturalization, as well as in connection with residence and settlement permits.
Kaspar also represents clients in all areas of debt collection and bankruptcy law, including attachment of assets and the enforcement of judgments and awards.
Kaspar studied law at the University of Basel (Master of Law 2014 with focus on business law). From 2014 to 2016 he worked as a legal trainee with a business law firm in Basel, in the legal department of a leading pharmaceutical company and at a civil court. He was admitted to the bar in 2017.
