Janusz’ areas of expertise are contract and corporate law as well as financing. His practical experience includes structured finance transactions, seed, venture and growth equity financings and mergers and acquisitions. He advises financial institutions and companies in Switzerland and abroad on issues relating to credit security.
He started his career in 2006 in the legal department of an international insurance company in Geneva. Since 2008, he gained in-depth expertise in leading law firms located in French- and German-speaking parts of Switzerland where he regularly worked on cross-border transactions.
He studied law at the University of Basel (lic. iur. 2002) and at the Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago (LL.M. 2010). He was admitted to the bar in 2006.
